About Piney Creek
Piney Creek Subdivision is a rural residential neighborhood of about 125 homes. Lots are a minimum of two acres. Horses and other livestock are allowed. However, hunting, mobile/modular homes, and retail businesses are prohibited.
Property Owner Association (POA) dues are currently $50 per year. New property owners will pay the POA a $200 administration fee upon the transfer of ownership of a lot in the subdivision. (Article 3, Section 19, of the PCPOA Bylaws.)
Piney Creek was developed as four sections over the course of several decades, dating back to the 1970's. Each section had its own set of deed restrictions until they were consolidated into a single revised set in 2018. A copy of the restrictions can be downloaded here.
Located midway between the towns of Bellville and Brenham (about an hour northwest of Houston), Piney Creek offers a reasonable commute to major retail, cultural, professional, travel, and medical facilities.

Piney Creek POA dues for 2023 are $50.00. Payments are due before December 31, 2023. Invoices have been sent to property owners. Dues for 2023 that are received after December 31, 2023, will trigger a late penalty of $50.00.
